外國留學生公寓是留學生生活的主要場所，為保持外國留學生的安全和良好的秩序，使
外國留學生既能學習好、休息好🏚🖕🏿，又能受到良好的組織紀律和集體主義等方面的教育✌🏿🦿。特製定本規定。
1．自覺遵守中華人民共和國法律、法令和法規。遵守學校的各項規章製度⚽️。
2．註意安全，增強防範意識🥷🃏。保管好自己的貴重物品及各類證件😚。出門時須關好門窗，長時間外出須切斷電源。
3．住房由國際交流學院和管理人員統一安排，不得私自調換寢室💁🏼，不得留宿他人🔎，嚴禁將寢室轉借他人，違者從重處理🙆🏻♀️。
4．不準攜帶易燃🙅🏼、易爆☀️、劇毒和放射性等危險品進入公寓。公寓內不得焚燒物品，不準亂丟煙蒂和燃放煙花爆竹等。由此造成事故的，須負責賠償並承擔相關法律責任。
5．保持公共部位的整潔，不亂塗亂畫，不在公共部位安放個人物品。不往窗外丟紙屑果殼瓶子等雜物，不準攜帶禽畜和飼養寵物。
6．嚴禁私拉電線，禁止使用電爐、液化器📝、卡式爐等容易引起火災的器具。一經發現🧑🏻🎓，公寓管理人員有權沒收並報國際交流學院處理。
7．保持安靜👨🍼，不得在公寓內酗酒、大聲喧嘩 、拍球、 溜冰、 跳舞和高聲播放音樂及其他影響他人學習與休息的活動🤺。
8．保持房間家具及墻面的整潔，不得破壞房屋結構。公寓設施造成損壞的，要按原價賠償。如不能說明造成損壞的直接負責人🥋，則賠償費由本室人員均攤。
9．不得利用公寓從事違反中國法律和學校規章製度的活動🧑🏼💼，如傳教🚵🏼♂️、鬥毆、賭博、吸毒🐂、嫖娼等違法犯罪活動。
10．公寓每晚24:00關門，不得晚歸，如特殊原因🤙🏽，須提前與管理人員聯系👨🏻✈️。自覺遵守《會客製度》留學生有義務督促來訪者進入公寓時進行訪客登記，會客時間為8:00—23:00離開時註銷。
11．退房時間以還鑰匙為準👩🏻🍳，遺留物品均作垃圾處理🏄🏼。如有遺失鑰匙，須及時帶有效證件到物業管理中心登記🌹😙。不得將鑰匙借於他人使用👨🏼🔧。
12．如有違反上訴規定者，將視其違規情節輕重🙆🏽♂️，給予校紀校規處理➔。

The Management Rules of Oversea Students Apartment
The Overseas Students’ Apartment is where the overseas students live. This regulation is made to ensure the security and good order so that the overseas students can study well, rest well and form a good sense of discipline and collective spirit.
1． Please abide by the laws, statutes and regulations of P. R. China and comply with the rules of the university conscientiously.
2． Be safety conscious and improve precaution awareness. Please take good care of the valuables and personal credentials. Make sure that the doors and windows are close and the electricity is turned off when you are out of the apartment for a long time.
3． Each apartment is allocated by the College of International Exchange and the apartment manager. Please do not exchange the room without permission, or have overnight visitor. It is prohibited to lend the dormitory to others; otherwise the offender will be punished.
4． The flammable, explosive, poisonous, radioactive and other dangerous materials are not allowed to take into the apartment. It is prohibited to burn the goods, litter cigarette ends or set off fireworks in the apartment. Those who cause the accidents should be responsible for compensation and bear the legal liabilities.
5． In order to keep the public area tidy, please do not draw and place any personal belongings in it. It is prohibited to throw rubbish out of the window, or carry livestock and feed pets.
6． It is prohibited to extend the electric wires without permission or use electric furnace, liquefier or any of the appliances which might cause fire. Once noticed, the apartment manager has the right to confiscate it and report to the College of International Exchange.
7． It is prohibited to over-drink, make noises, play balls, skate, or do any other activities which might affect other students’ study or rest.
8． Please keep the furniture and wall tidy. Please do not damage the building structure. The person who damages the apartment facilities should be responsible for the compensation according to the original price. If the apartment manager can not find out the person who makes the damage, both the roommates should share the compensation equally.
9．It is prohibited to make use of the dormitory for the activities which are in violation of Chinese laws and regulations of the university, such as missionary work, fights, gambling, drug addiction, prostitution and other criminal activities.
10． The Apartment is closed at 24:00 every night and the tenants are required to be back before then. Otherwise in special circumstances, please contact the apartment manager in advance. Please abide by the Visitor-Meeting Rules conscientiously. The overseas students have the duty to urge visitors on registering the visits. The meeting hour is from 8:00 to 23:00 and the visitors should sign off when leaving.
11． When the key is returned is regarded as the check-out is completed. Once check-out is completed, the remaining goods will be treated as rubbish. In the circumstance of key loss, the tenants should register the loss at the Apartment Service Centre in person with valid documents. The Keys to the apartments are not allowed to lend to others.
12． Anyone who contravenes the above regulations will be punished according to the discipline and regulations of university depending on the severity of their violations. 13． Apartment help desk 24 hours services (Tel: 68029216)
